Shipping Costs
We do our best to keep the shipping costs to the absolute minimum for our customers. Here are some facts about our shipping costs:
- We send all our mail with Canada Post and charge you exactly what they charge us.
- Most items can be sent in a bubble mailer envelope and will have a minimal postage charge.
- Anything over 500g or thicker than 2cm (for example Tie one on Necklaces) must be sent as a package and will be more in postage than what can fit into an envelope.
- Our system is designed to guesstimate the postage charges and you are not actually charged until the order is sent. If there is a discrepancy between the estimated postage and the actual postage we will refund the difference.
